Producing time.
Producing time depends on the type of art you purchase:
In-stock item - Will be shipped in 2 days.
Acrylic painting - you will receive it around 2 weeks after ordering.
Oil painting - you will receive it around 3 weeks after ordering.
Generally, you will receive your purchase in 2-3 weeks after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us to confirm the accurate time frame.
Packing, shipping and delivery.
All paintings are packed carefully in a strong plastic tube, shipped with DHL, FedEX, TNT, 3-5 international express delivery to your home, FREE shipping to everywhere in the world.
A tracking number will be sent to you via shop shipping notification, you will receive it just in around 4 days after it's shipped.
About shipping address.
We can only ship the the address that comes with your PayPal payment, so, please pay with your CORRECT shipping address, otherwise, we will need you to replace your order with the correct one.
P.O. Box is not acceptable, because our package is large or extra large sized, please use your street address.
Do you sign your paintings?
Normally we do not sign on the painting so that you can hang it in any directions you want. But if you need us to sign, we can also do it. Just make a note when placing the order and tell us in which position of the painting you would like us to sign.
How do I check the status of my order?
There is 3 buttons at the right top of all the pages like this:
Please click the button in the middle, you will see there is "My Orders", click it.
Can I cancel my order?
The order can be cancelled within 24 hours after your payment. Please contact us with your transaction No. , then we will cancel the order and offer you a full refund.
Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes. You will receive complimentary proofing photos of your completed artwork before we ship this to you. If you are not fully satisfied with the outcome, you will get your money back. Please contact us if you receive your painting and you are not satisfied with this. You can return the painting to us for a full refund within 14 days delivery(or 30 days when place order).
What about taxes and duties?
You may be required to pay the additional tax by your local customs during delivery, especially for European countries. Please note that we have no way of determining the total cost of duties and taxes in your country. We suggest you to contact your custom bureau for specific information.
For your information, it’s free duties when import value is under USD2000 for US customers.
Will I get what I see on the site?
Most of the art works on the site were sold out, the painting you will get is created in similar style and colors.
Some customers may curious how similar between original piece shows online and recreated piece. We are not able to promise you will get an IDENTICAL one as you see from the photo, because only art prints/machine can do EXACTLY the same as picture. All our paintings are 100% hand-painted on canvas, so every brush strokes might be different, but we DO promise that you will get it in same quality as our picture. For any reason you don't like the art you received, you can always get a full refund.
About framing / stretching/gallery wrap.
Normally, in order to protect the paintings during transportation, all the paintings in our store are packed rolled in tube (Unframed/Not Stretched). You can frame it or just add gallery wrap in your local framing shop. We can also offer framing service for the size under 30’’x40’’ if you need (if you have such requirement, please feel free to contact us), for the size larger than 30’’X40’’, we don’t recommend to add frame from our side, as it’s will be easy to get broken.
** For all of our paintings, we leave around 2 inches white border on each sides for stretching or framing purpose.
Lost and Damages.
All our paintings are packed rolled in tube very carefully. The tube is made of strong PVC, so normally the paintings can be protected quite well and safely. In case there is any damage during transportation and you can see the package is broken, please refuse to sign the package in front of the courier. Here are some recommendations for your reference in such cases:
1.Please write “the item is damaged/broken” or something like that on the waybill and refuse to sign it.
2.If the courier just leaves the package at your door, and you cannot confirm the damage in front of the courier, please just contact us and send us the damaged photos. We will deal with the express company from our side and repaint one immediately for free.
In case the painting is lost during transportation, we can also repaint one and deliver to you for free.
Returns & Exchanges. (100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!)
1. Within 14 days after delivery (or 30 days when place order).
2. Buyer pays for shipping cost to return it.
3. Paintings HAS TO be in good condition and should be shipped it back in its original packing, so, please keep it until you are satisfied with what you received.
Custom and personalized orders.
If our listed painting size is not suitable for you, custom size is also available; you can order any size you want. Just contact us and enquire for your preferred size. We will offer response within 24 hours.
Painting or prints?
We assure that all the art works in our store are 100% hand painted on canvas by our team. There is no art prints in our store.
What payment option do you offer? Are they really safe and secure?
We offer payment by PayPal and all types of credit/debit cards. We don’t process or collect any of your sensitive financial information on our website but re-direct you to 100% secure and safe third-party processors, like PayPal. The highly secured servers of these specialized processing companies process millions of transactions daily and we can guarantee that your financial information (such as credit card numbers) will be 100% safe.
When is your annual Vacation?
Our Studio will be closed for our Annual Vacation during January 29th to February 10th. Customer service team will be available during this time.
