Returns & Exchanges
We cherish all the relationship with our customers, our policy is customer first. For all of our orders, we all send preview photos to you when we finish the painting. And only ship the painting after your approval.
We can also offer free revision if you need, so your satisfaction is guaranteed. However, if you are not satisfied with our painting, you can return it for a replacement or get a FULL refund.
In case you need to return the paintings, please note it should be kept in original situation (rolled in tube), please DO NOT pack it with cardboard box. Framed or stretched paintings are not allowed to be returned.
We assure that all the paintings in our store can be returned in 14 days on your receipt(or 30 days when you place the order). Here are 3 points for the return, which are very easy to handle:
- Contact us before your shipping and advise us your tracking No. after your shipping. Please DO not pack it with cardboard box, it should be rolled in tube as the original status.
- Ship it back with Post Office ONLY!! Because the shipping cost is the cheapest, besides, it does not require too many paper works in China customs.

3.We will offer you full refund after we get the returned painting. The artwork shall be returned in its original package, and buyer shall bear the cost of shipping returns, customs duties and additional charges. Or if you need to exchange for another painting, we will ship it after a few days and keep you informed.
